1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. You may withdraw to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, via Raast or to your registered bank account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed any active wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus amount being removed from the withdrawal total.

bet989 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional review if the account has recently changed payment details or if the withdrawal amount is above a threshold that triggers a standard review.

Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have completed identity verification when requested. If verification has been requested and not completed, withdrawal processing will be paused until the process is finalised.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bet989 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules that apply to the relevant market.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds cannot be changed. In the event of a technical error displaying incorrect odds, bet989 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

For cricket markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and ODI and Test fixtures — the following applies:

• Match result bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board.
• If a match is abandoned or no result is declared, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned.
• For session betting markets, the market is settled based on the runs scored or wickets taken in the specified session. If a session is not completed due to weather or other interruption, the market is voided.
• Live in-play bets are accepted during active play. Markets may be temporarily suspended during high-action moments — such as a wicket falling — while odds are recalculated.

For football, esports and other sports, bet settlement follows the official result from the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. Bets on events that are postponed will be re-scheduled if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original start time. If the event does not take place within that window, bets are voided and stakes returned.

bet989 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or event, and to restrict betting access on specific markets for individual accounts where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.

8 Live Casino Rules

The live casino section on bet989 features real-dealer tables including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show formats. All live casino games are operated by certified third-party game providers. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and are the definitive rules for that game.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the round already in progress will be recorded. bet989 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet provider or device. Where a disconnection results in a disputed outcome, the game provider's server log is the authoritative record.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet989 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Account Suspension and Closure
